Home-made bread is a tricky thing. You have this cool machine, put in the ingredients in the evening, program it and then wake up in the morning with warm bread. Thats the theory. The reality is, the machine starts making the bread in the middle of the night and announces this with loud beeping. 3 hours later it wakes you up again, you go check for the bread and find something like this in the picture - game over!
